Hi,
My name is Troy Turner and I run a small-scale mushroom farm here in Vancouver.

I take pride in my product, and hope you will find that my efforts are to your benefit.

I grow indoors, within climate controlled buildings, using grow tents that allow me to control humidity levels, airflow, light exposure, etc.

This allows me to supply year-round.

When ready to harvest, protective gloves sanitized with 70% isopropyl alcohol are used, and the mushrooms are then immediately refrigerated. Typically they never touch bare skin until handled by a customer.

I use no chemicals or fertilizers, and follow organic principles.
