Sorridi is the Italian word for Smile. Sorridi produces gelato and yogurt using local ingredients. The gelato is made with 7 recognizable ingredients plus whatever food to give it flavor (no pastes or bagged mixes). The yogurt is made with whole milk, cultured for 9 hours with 6 live and active bacteria strains and no added sugar. I strain it for 24 hours and it can be bought plain, vanilla bean or vanilla honey.
